Need help logging in?

  • I can't login. / Not receiving the login email link.

    If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following:

    1. First, Ensure that you are using your Crown Castle email address, and that your email address is spelled correctly.
    2. Check your All Mail and Spam/Junk Folders for a message. Or, search your mailbox for a message from no-reply@ariumnetworksemployees.com
    3. Ensure you are clicking the email link from the same device and browser you requested it from. If you clicking the link from a different device than the one you requested the login link from, it will not work.
    4. Check the time. Login links are only valid for a limited time. If that time has expired it will not work.
    5. If these steps are still not working, click here to submit a support ticket.

    Your account has already been created for you. Please enter your Crown Castle email address. An email will be sent to you. Click the link in that email to access the site.
